7-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 7 days after your order is delivered.
Return eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Proof of purchase is required.
How to request a return
Before sending an item back, email zhoumengjie9795@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with photos so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return results from our error. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Non-returnable items
Used, damaged, incomplete, personalized, clearance, or final-sale items may not qualify for return. Products that show signs of use may be refused for safety and quality reasons.
